Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive, friendly service and greeting clients as they enter the branch.
• Exceed client expectations with account servicing, maintenance and opening new accounts in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients reach financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, while following bank policies and procedures.
