Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker who will deliver attentive, hospitality‑driven service in the branch and use modern banking solutions to help clients meet their financial goals. You will greet clients, manage lobby flow, and provide friendly, knowledgeable guidance on accounts and technology self‑service options.

As a key member of the branch team, you will build trusted relationships, listen actively, and collaborate to achieve customer goals while handling cash operations in compliance

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new ones while following policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, while adhering to bank policies.
