Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent our brand with hospitality, using modern banking solutions to deliver exceptional client experiences. You will build trusted client relationships, share product knowledge, and help clients achieve financial goals.

You will greet clients, manage lobby flow, assist with account servicing, and promote digital banking tools to enable convenient self-service.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet and queue system.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while following policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations including cash devices while adhering to policies.
