Chase is seeking an Associate Banker in Boston to deliver hospitality and trusted guidance while using modern banking solutions. You will help clients with everyday transactions, open accounts, and connect customers with digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com to meet financial goals.

You will build relationships through listening and empathy, work with branch teammates to exceed expectations, and support branch operations in line with policies and procedures.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
• Ability to deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Ability to learn products and procedures quickly.
• Ability to handle client questions with clarity and empathy.
• Ability to manage branch operations and cash devices when needed.

Responsabilidades
