Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent our brand with hospitality and a focus on client care. You will build trusted relationships, share product knowledge, and help clients achieve financial goals using traditional banking services and technology tools.

You will greet clients, manage lobby flow, assist with account openings, and ensure compliance with banking policies while delivering efficient service and a positive client experience.

• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling devices, while following bank policies.
