Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day‑to‑day banking and digital self‑service options.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and cross‑selling solutions.
• Handle branch operations, including cash devices, per bank procedures.
