Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent our brand with hospitality and drive exceptional client experiences at the branch. You will greet clients, open accounts, and guide them through digital banking options while collaborating with the team to meet financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service, greeting clients as they enter the branch, and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, opening new accounts, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, showing empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions with branch teammates.
