Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in client service or similar role.
• Ability to greet clients and provide friendly service.
• Ability to learn products and procedures quickly.
• Ability to handle cash and operate cash devices.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet.
• Provide account servicing and opening new accounts while complying with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients achieve goals.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in line with bank procedures.
