Responsibilities

• Exceed expectations by servicing accounts, opening new accounts, and following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to support clients' financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
