Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Texas is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver welcoming, attentive service and represent the bank with hospitality. You will assist clients using Chase Mobile App and Chase.com to meet everyday banking needs and help them reach financial goals.

You will open new accounts, service existing ones, and work with branch teammates to provide seamless, compliant service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service by greeting clients as they enter the branch, making them feel heard and cared for.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance as well as opening new accounts, while complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening and collaborating with team members to help achieve financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, while adhering to bank policies.
