Responsibilities

• Assist with account servicing and opening new accounts while following policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital channels (Chase Mobile, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering solutions.
• Support branch operations including cash handling with bank procedures.
