Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent our brand with hospitality while delivering personalized financial solutions. You will welcome clients, help them with daily transactions, and introduce digital banking tools to simplify their banking.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Prior client service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn products and procedures quickly.
• Cash handling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and greet clients, manage lobby traffic, and scheduling meetings.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones while following policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day‑to‑day banking and use of technology self‑service options.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with the branch team.
• Perform branch operations including handling cash devices while adhering to bank procedures.
