• Provide account servicing and maintenance, open new accounts, and adhere to bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with team members to meet client financial goals.
• Assist with branch operations including cash devices and secure handling of cash in line with policies.
