Job summary

Chase seeks an Associate Banker to deliver exceptional client experiences in a branch setting. You will greet clients, open and service accounts, and guide customers through Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATM features while maintaining regulatory compliance.

You will build trusted relationships, listen to clients, and educate them on products to help meet their financial goals, collaborating with the branch team for success.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations through account servicing and opening new accounts in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, showing empathy, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in line with bank policies and procedures.
