Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to welcome clients, deliver attentive service, and represent our brand in the branch. You will greet clients, open new accounts, and share product knowledge to help them reach their financial goals while leveraging Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATM services.

In this role you will build trusted relationships through active listening and proactive problem solving, collaborate with teammates to provide seamless service, and participate in daily branch

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in client service or equivalent.
• Ability to learn products, services and procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Open new accounts and provide account servicing while following policies.
• Educate clients on digital banking options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships through active listening and product knowledge sharing.
• Handle branch operations duties in line with bank procedures.
