Chase is actively seeking an Associate Banker to represent our brand with hospitality and expert financial guidance. You will help clients achieve their goals by delivering personalized service, learning products quickly, and collaborating with branch teammates to ensure a seamless experience.

As part of our Consumer & Community Banking division, you’ll engage customers, open accounts, and use Chase Mobile/Chase.com to support day-to-day banking while upholding all policies and regulatory

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to put clients first and exceed expectations.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and communicate clearly.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, maintaining and opening new accounts with compliance.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling and vault/ATM duties per policy.
