Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and guiding them through the branch workflow.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and new account openings while complying with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking, including Chase Mobile App and online tools.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering product knowledge and solutions.
• Handle branch operations and cash devices in line with bank procedures.
