Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver hospitable, customer-focused service and to use Chase’s banking solutions to meet client needs. You will greet clients, open and service accounts, and guide customers through mobile and online channels to complete transactions.

The role emphasizes building trusted relationships, listening to client goals, and working with team members to meet branch objectives while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.

• Assist clients with day-to-day transactions using Chase digital tools.
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions and offering product solutions.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling and using cash devices per policy.
