Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver hospitality and high-quality service within our branches. You will greet clients, understand their financial needs, and connect them with the right Chase solutions to help them reach their goals.

You will work with a branch team to provide seamless service, educate customers on digital tools, and ensure smooth account servicing and new account openings. The role emphasizes customer care and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build client relationships through active listening, empathy, and product recommendations in collaboration with the team.
• Handle branch operations and cash devices following bank policies.
