Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and assisting with lobby flow using available tools.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and new account openings while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships with clients through active listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Support branch operations and cash handling in line with bank policies.
