You will build trusted relationships by listening to client needs, explaining products, and collaborating with the team to ensure seamless service and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in client service or similar roles is preferred.
• Ability to greet clients and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Ability to explain banking products and use technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby with a tablet, checking in, and scheduling meetings.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and opening new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, showing empathy, and sharing product knowledge with the branch team.
• Perform branch operations, including handling cash devices like the cash vault or ATM while adhering to bank policies.
