Your role includes greeting clients, managing lobby flow, opening new accounts, and handling account servicing while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.

• Assist with account servicing, maintenance, and opening new accounts while following policies and banking rules.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Develop meaningful client relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Support branch operations including cash devices while adhering to bank procedures.
