Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby flow, and scheduling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations with account servicing and new accounts while following policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options via Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with the branch team to meet goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, while adhering to bank policies.
