Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent our brand with hospitality, delivering attentive service and leveraging digital banking tools to meet client needs in a branch setting.

You will build trusted relationships, educate clients on accounts and digital options, process transactions, and support branch operations while complying with regulatory requirements and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to deliver attentive and friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and communicate clearly with clients.
• Willingness to learn banking products, services and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, and scheduling meetings.
• Provide account servicing, maintain accounts, and open new accounts per policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking, self-service tech, and digital options.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients meet goals.
• Assist branch operations, including cash handling and ATM/Cash vault procedures, per policy.
