Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver welcoming, attentive service and greet clients as they enter the branch, using a tablet to manage lobby flow and schedule meetings. You will help clients with everyday transactions and educate them on Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.

You will build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge, while partnering with branch teammates to help clients achieve their financial goals through compliant processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Customer service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service by greeting clients as they enter the branch, making them feel heard and cared for.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance as well as opening new accounts, while complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions including the usage of technology self‑service options such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions – partnering with other branch team members to help achieve their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault, ATM, or others while adhering to all bank policies and procedures.
