Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to quickly learn products, services and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and scheduling meetings.
• Open new accounts and maintain existing accounts in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) for convenient banking.
• Build trusted relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and providing product knowledge.
• Assist with branch operations and cash handling while following bank procedures.
