Chase seeks an Associate Banker to welcome clients, provide attentive service, and open or service accounts using Chase Mobile App and digital tools. You will learn products quickly, help clients meet financial goals, and collaborate with branch teammates to deliver a seamless customer experience.

In this role you will build trusted relationships, handle day-to-day banking, and ensure compliance with policies while delivering a welcoming, high-touch experience in a branch setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience delivering client service and building relationships preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with tablets and scheduling tools.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs as needed.
• Build trusted relationships through active listening, empathy, and product knowledge with team collaboration.
• Perform branch operations such as cash handling and operating cash devices following bank procedures.
