Chase is hiring an Associate Banker to welcome clients, build relationships, and deliver personalized banking solutions. You will represent our brand with hospitality, use digital tools, and help clients achieve their financial goals.

In this role you will open accounts, assist with transactions, educate customers on Chase Mobile App and Chase.com, and collaborate with branch colleagues to provide seamless service while complying with policies.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby flow, and scheduling meetings.
• Open accounts and perform servicing while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with the team.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling tasks in line with bank procedures.
