Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to welcome clients, build trusted relationships, and deliver personalized financial guidance using Chase Mobile and other digital tools. The role focuses on hospitality, listening to client needs, and helping customers feel valued and understood.

You will support account openings, assist with everyday banking, educate clients on technology options, and partner with branch teams to help clients meet their financial goals while upholding bank policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by handling account servicing, maintenance, and opening new accounts.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and partnering with branch teammates to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations following bank policies and procedures.
