• Ability to put clients first and exceed expectations.

Responsabilités

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance and open new accounts while following policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day transactions and use of Chase mobile/app and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with team.
• Perform branch operations including cash devices while following bank policies.
