Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby traffic.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and coordinating with branch teammates to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including handling cash devices like the cash vault or ATM, in compliance with bank policies.
