Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch and using a tablet to manage lobby traffic and scheduling.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and opening new accounts while complying with policies and regulations.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge alongside branch teammates.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling devices, while following bank policies and procedures.
