Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet.
Open new accounts and service existing ones while following policies and regulatory rules.
Assist clients with day-to-day banking and use of self-service tech like mobile app and ATMs.
Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing solutions with team support.
Handle branch operations, including cash devices, in line with bank policies.
