Responsibilities

• Greet clients and create a welcoming environment as they enter the branch.
• Open new accounts and service existing accounts while complying with policies.
• Educate clients on Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATM/self-service tools.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and collaborate with branch team.
• Perform branch operations and ensure adherence to bank procedures.
