Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent our brand with hospitality and cutting-edge financial technology. You will help clients achieve their financial goals by building trusted relationships and delivering tailored banking solutions.

You will greet clients, open and service accounts, educate on Chase Mobile App and online banking, and collaborate with branch colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to put clients first and exceed expectations.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
• Ability to learn products, services and procedures quickly.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations with account servicing and new accounts.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions and cross-selling solutions.
• Handle branch operations including cash devices in compliance with policies.
