Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to explain banking products clearly.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and guiding them through the branch.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones while complying with bank policies.
• Educate clients on using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships with clients and work with branch teammates to reach goals.
• Handle branch operations and cash as required per procedures.
