You will greet clients, assist with accounts, and educate them on digital tools, working collaboratively with the branch team to ensure a seamless, high-quality service experience.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby traffic.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs.
• Build relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and offering solutions with team support.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, in accordance with bank policies.
