Job summary

You will be the primary point of contact between clients and our Service Team, coordinating work with technicians and ensuring the service experience is organized, transparent, and professional from check-in to pickup.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles, especially service
• Ability to communicate clearly with both clients and team members
• Capacity to translate technical details into simple explanations for customers

Responsibilities

• Build genuine, long-term relationships with Maverick service clients.
• Welcome clients and create a professional, comfortable service experience.
• Listen carefully to client concerns and understand vehicle issues.
• Translate technician findings into clear, understandable repair recommendations.
• Build and manage accurate repair orders.
• Communicate maintenance and repair options without pressure.
• Provide clear estimates and obtain approvals.
• Keep clients informed throughout the repair process.
• Coordinate with technicians, parts, vendors, and team members.
• Monitor progress and communicate any changes or delays.
• Address questions and concerns with professionalism and ownership.
• Review completed work with clients and explain what was done.
• Follow up with clients after service when appropriate.
• Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and service process.
• Help create an organized, efficient, and positive Service Department.
