• The ability to manage multiple clients and priorities at once.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine, long-term relationships with Maverick service clients.
• Welcome clients and create a professional, comfortable service experience.
• Listen carefully to client concerns and understand what they're experiencing with their vehicle.
• Translate technician findings and vehicle inspections into clear, understandable recommendations.
• Build and manage accurate repair orders.
• Communicate recommended maintenance and repairs without pressure or unnecessary upselling.
• Provide clear estimates and obtain appropriate approvals.
• Keep clients proactively informed throughout the repair process.
• Coordinate closely with technicians, parts, vendors, and other team members.
• Monitor vehicle progress and communicate changes or delays before the client has to ask.
• Handle questions, concerns, and unexpected situations with professionalism and ownership.
• Review completed work with clients and ensure they understand what was done.
• Follow up with clients after service when appropriate.
• Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and service process.
• Help create an organized, efficient, and positive Service Department
