Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years as Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer.
• Valid state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate concerns, explain services, costs, and timelines clearly.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments, update customers on status.
• Collaborate with technicians and managers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Record details in shop management systems and coordinate with parts and invoicing.
