Job summary

Horizon Media is seeking a senior finance leader to manage the client finance lifecycle across a portfolio of clients. This role combines analysis, team leadership, and project management with oversight of billing, AR/AP, and client budgets.

The successful candidate will lead a team of Managers/Senior Managers, drive process improvements, and partner with Brand Strategy and operations to ensure on-time, accurate financial reporting and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

7+ years of client finance experience, preferably within the media industry.
3+ years in a leadership capacity.
Media billing and operations experience preferred.
Strong understanding of accounting principles.
Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Oversee the project management of the order-to-cash cycle and ensure fiduciary accountability.
Lead and mentor a team of Managers/Senior Managers and support career development.
Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and standardization.
