Moroch is seeking a Financial Operations Manager to lead end-to-end financial operations for client programs, media activity, and co-op programs. The role includes supervising billing accuracy, monthly close, and financial reporting, while coaching the billing team to improve processes and controls.

You will partner with Account Management, Creative, Media, Trafficking, and Finance to ensure timely deliverables, manage budgets, and reduce financial risk.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• Experience leading complex billing operations in advertising/media environment.
• 7+ years in finance operations or agency billing roles.
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, accruals, and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day financial operations for client programs and media activity.
• Oversee billing quality, controls, and client invoice readiness.
