Job summary
Q-Free America is seeking a customer-focused Systems Engineer to support a new client project within our Software Operations team. This role provides hands‑on technical support for Q-Free platforms and client systems, ensuring reliable performance and timely issue resolution in a 24/7 environment.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years in systems engineering or infrastructure support.
- Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, networking, servers, and workstations.
- Experience supporting 24/7/365 operational environments.
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for the client and address support needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across hardware, software, servers, networks, and applications.
- Install, configure, monitor, and support client systems including servers and workstations.
- Manage backups, security, and performance monitoring per procedures and SLAs.
- Document system architecture, configurations, and changes.
- Collaborate with project teams and vendors to ensure continued operation and upgrades.
- Provide on-call support during off-hours as required.
