As a member of the DevOps team, the junior engineer will support the development and operations teams as well as customers by assisting with software updates, troubleshooting, code deployments, and automation of tasks. This role provides a foundation for understanding collaboration between software development and IT operations.

Responsibilities Include:

1. Assist in developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for reliable code deployment.
2. Coordinate with teams and customers to resolve application and system issues.
3. Support automation of infrastructure provisioning and configuration for reproducibility and scalability.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
5. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot, and contribute to incident response.
6. Plan and implement strategies and configuration changes to ensure quality assurance.
7. Respond to and manage tickets related to infrastructure and software issues.
8. Provide support to clients and team members across departments.
9. Create and maintain documentation for DevOps processes and tools.
10. Learn and adopt new tools and technologies to improve workflows.
11. Contribute to developing security protocols against cyber threats.
12. Debug server issues affecting application performance.
13. Engage in performance analysis and system optimization for better user experience.
14. Facilitate communication between developers and IT operations to resolve issues.
15. Support the development of automated testing frameworks to reduce defects.
16. Evaluate and implement containerization and orchestration technologies.
17. Maintain documentation for issues and solutions.
18. Recommend solutions to optimize business performance.
