Job summary

MarketSource is seeking a skilled client support specialist to help business development by understanding client requirements and guiding sales strategies. You will interface with prospective clients to assess program needs and ensure seamless transition of applications into the standard implementation process.

Requirements include an associate degree and at least three years of technical client support experience; one year of project coordination preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business, communications, computer science, MIS or related field required or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum three years progressively responsible experience in business providing technical client support required.
• Minimum one year business administration and/or project coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to business development by aligning client requirements and sales strategies.
• Interface with prospective clients to understand program requirements functionally.
• Ensure smooth transition of applications into standard implementation processes.
• Support Business Development with sales strategies to win new business.
• Assist in designing client applications as liaison between client and technical teams.
• Accompany sales staff on prospect visits to demonstrate systems as needed.
• Maintain project plans and provide status updates.
