MarketSource is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage program tasks, schedule activities, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.

The role requires 1+ year of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and proficiency with systems like Salesforce and Kronos. Strong communication, data accuracy, and multi-tasking are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a similar support or operational role.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience maintaining data structures (geo-locations / system tags).
• Experience with WFM and survey platforms (SalesForce, Kronos, etc).
• Occasional weekend shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day administrative tasks for the program.
• Manage the new hire process and data fields in key systems.
• Audit database content and correct discrepancies.
• Collaborate with managers to improve procedures and processes.
• Prepare presentations, status reports and visuals.
• Develop and execute regular reporting and data analysis.
• Communicate with program leaders and front-line reps daily.
• Coordinate with Workforce Management Admin and GIS teams to ensure data accuracy.
