Cross Company is seeking a Service Coordinator in Knoxville to support the service team and customers. The role focuses on scheduling installations, preparing service quotes, and coordinating communications between technicians, customers, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will multitask, demonstrate urgency, and maintain strong attention to detail while upholding company standards for quality and service. This is a full-time clerical position located in Knoxville, TN.

Formación

• Associates Degree preferred.
• Computer competent with MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Must multitask, have a sense of urgency and great organizational skills, be detail oriented, and have a strong work ethic.
• Dispatcher experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains constant and clear communication with customers and fellow associates.
• Checks In and Checks Out all items coming into and out of the site each day; ensures timely turnaround on in-lab items and transfers.
• Oversees shipping & receiving of all service equipment.
• Setup new prospects in Netsuite with required forms and notes in the system.
• Maintains customer records and files per corporate quality requirements.
• Enters and processes all parts orders the same day they come in.
• Completes, per guidelines, all in-shop repairs and related tasks.
• Processes paperwork for the service manager and invoices the same day.
