Job summary

Cross Company in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Service Coordinator to bridge customers, technicians, and the service manager. This role handles scheduling installations, creating service quotes, and communicating requirements to internal and external customers.

Ideal candidates multitask with urgency, maintain accurate records in Netsuite, and handle paperwork and recalls efficiently. Associates degree preferred; experience with dispatcher duties is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred.
• Computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to multitask with urgency and strong organization.
• Dispatcher experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains constant and clear communication with customers and fellow associates.
• Checks In and Checks Out all items coming into and out of the site each day; ensures timely turnaround on in-lab items and OTV, interoffice transfers and repairs.
• Oversees the shipping & receiving of all Service equipment.
• Setup new prospects in Netsuite; handle forms and ensure accurate customer data in the system.
• Maintains customer records and files per corporate quality requirements.
