Qualifications

• 1–3 years in sales, marketing, or customer service.
• Ability to read quotes/contracts and customer testing specs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; non-English preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience interpreting testing procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Calm under deadlines and pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and client interfacing skills.
• Ability to help develop proposals with cost estimates.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers and prospects, supporting the sales process through qualification, relationship development, needs assessment, solution presentation, quotation support, and account growth.
• Proactively engage customers by phone, email, web conferencing, and inquiries to identify requirements and convey Element's value.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships, acting as liaison between customers and internal teams to address needs.
• Manage quotation and inquiry activities for standard products and services, including pricing and lead times.
• Route requests to appropriate business units for efficient service delivery.
• Support revenue growth through account penetration and opportunity conversion.
• Coordinate with sales, laboratory, quality, operations to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Follow up on requests, inquiries, complaints, and shipping information for timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer records in Dynamics CRM and data updates.
• Contribute to training, marketing initiatives, and compliance with policies and safety regulations.
