Qualifications

• 5+ years in solution consulting or healthcare systems integration.
• Experience with UM/CM, Pharmacy, or Appeals preferred.
• Experience with HL7, FHIR, REST APIs, XML, JSON, and SQL.
• Leadership experience or people management desired.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS, cloud platforms (AWS preferred), and AI-enabled tooling.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of solution consultants to deliver implementations.
• Oversee end-to-end integrations, from requirements gathering through deployment and post-go-live support.
• Design scalable clinical workflows and integrations aligned with clinical and operational goals.
• Coordinate complex integrations using HL7, FHIR, REST, XML, JSON, and SQL.
• Champion AI-enabled tooling to improve documentation, analysis, testing, and delivery.
• Serve as trusted advisor on interoperability and solution strategy.
• Guide migration from legacy interfaces to modern API-first platforms.
